Faulty mete

Rickshaw number 43-C-846 has a faulty meter and the rickshaw driver is an obnoxious goon. Daily, I take a rickshaw from CBD Belapur naka to MIDC Pawane. It costs me between 66 to 70.And if there is a lot of traffic, then 75.The meter reading on his rickshaw came upto 78.50 with absolutely no traffic. When I told him that his meter is too fast he replies with a ''it has to be fast, how else will i make money''.infact when i said that i wont pay him more than 70 he threatened me saying that he knows how to 'vasool' it. When I demanded to see his license and asked him his name he refused flatly and just keep yelling the entire time. Strict action should be taken against such people for not just fleecing customers but also their criminal-like attitude.
