Wastewater byepass to my area

I, resident of, b-76 back side, sewak park, uttam nagar facing a problem for last one year.one of my neighbour's house whose back is facing front of my house.they used to byepass their waste water to our street (10 feet wide) that is causing unhygienic and untidy situation in my street, especially due to this unhygienic situation we all resident of this street facing health problems due to water logging problems mosquito breeding is favoured.so please give your kind and serious attention on this issue.
