Regarding Demage Coupan Replacement

My self Viral Shah. I am airtel Retailar in Vapi, Dist - Valsad, Gujarat.

My shop name is NAVKAR XEROX & Address - 102, seven Jewels, Nr. Bhavsar Petrol Pump, Vapi (E) - 396 191. My Demo No. is - 98984 93308

Now regarding my problem or i can say complain

I bought 5 or 6 coupon of Rs. 440/- Value from Dharmesh (Salesman) of Nirav Enterprise, Vapi Distributor. Now form this - 2 coupon were damage (some Number's was not priented below sticker) that coupon Sr. No. are - 16030000254330, 16030000254331 so I return this 2 coupons to dharmesh on 4/4 & he said i will get replacement of this with in 2 months.

still I regularly ask him about this coupon, but he always gave one ank (within few days you get your coupon).

So i call Mr. Kalpesh - Vapi main distributor (Boss) & asked him that what happen about my coupon. He gave same ans. as Dharmesh said, but I call him regularly, so one day I ask him whether he is going to give me or I call Area manager, than he said if he get replacement in future he will give me that replacement coupon otherwise (write-off) forget Rs. 880/- of 2 coupon. I call both Dharmesh & Kalpeshbhai more than 20 times & spend more than Rs. 300/- for calls.

So I ask dharmesh for your No. he gave me and upto today we (Sir you & me) taked about this matter atleast 4 times. Even we done a group talk between you, me, Kalpesh & a person from surat regarding coupon replacement (airtel office). Sir You said that give me atleast 1 month on 15/09 I solve the problem. So I gave you that time also.

Now tell me what I do? This coupon is pending since 7 months. This is the company policy, your company customer service or company don't want to return people's money back.

If this is the case than I am going to Lok Adalat (Customer Court) - I have paper with Dharmesh sign & stamp that he accept coupan on 4/4/07.

Hoping that within one week I get replay with my money. Also waiting for your call as soon as u received this mail just call me sir.
