Commercial parking in society for 24 hours

Dear Sir,

I have a residential flat in the copoerative housing society in Mumbai, the building has commercial shops on the ground floor. The building has 2 wings and its a 7-storeyed building. The parkding space in our building is open and our societies only charges maintance for per month to the members of the society including the commercial shop owner.

We have found that their are 3-4 commercial shop owner park their vehicle in our society for all the 24 hours and even their shop is closed they parked the vehicle in our building. My query is whether as per the law a commercial shop owner can park their vehicle in the society even their shops are closed. They are paying the maintance charges requrally.
