Complaint for Desktop Not repaired by Acer Company and Service Center

I am from abhishek sales corporation and I purchased Acer Desktop last year in December. I got some problem in it d its LAN and DVD writer is not working properly last 20 days continuously. I had looked compliant on dated 13-11 to Acer Customer care support they referred to our Support centre next day service engineer visited my office and said DVD Writer need to be Changed. After one day he came to my office and said your Compliant has been canceled because your desktop is out of warranty but I feel that one month left being out to warranty. Now system is break down and they said we con’t do anything. Pls guide me in this matter for further action. I'll be very thankful to u guys.
