Fake offer of buy 1 get 1 free in Gariahat Outlet

I brought a set of Nayasa smart lock on 30/3. It was a set of 2 container 1000 ML each. At the rack I saw a tag of 'buy 1 get 1 free'. But unfortunately when I checked my billing amount I found that both of them were billed. I immediately told the person in the billing counter (cashier-5121985, shift 1) & after investigation he told me that the offer is valid for 2000ML container. But when I went to the floor again I found that it was for 2000 ML & also I tried to explain them that there is no error with the tag. Because, it was a pair of 2 container 1000 ML each wrapped in a plastic sheet & the entire pack was under Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. I also claimed the sales person to show me the 2000 ML container, but he said its not there in the entire showroom. Also I would like to mention that, 7 days before this incident I brought the same container from that shop only & got the same offer.

After filling the complain form I can’t see any feedback/response from spencer. Its not a matter of few money, but it is a case of cheating. I am not going to shop from Gariahat (Rashbihari) Spencer.
