Nbc india/book
No shipment of purchased book even after full payment

Dear Sir,

I had placed my online purchase order no. 65773 dated 15/10/08 for the purchase of following book :

Solid State Physics and Electronics by R K Puri & V K Babbar. Price Rs 200/-

I duly deposited the following cheque at ICICI Bank ATM at Kolkata.

Cheque no. 750187 dt 16/10/08 for Rs 200/- favouring Gaura Books India Pvt. Ltd for credit into seller's ICICI Bank A/c No. 603805019850.

My Bank A/c is showing that the cheque was cleared on 18/10/08. I have updated the payment position in the seller's website (www.nbcindia.com) on 18/10/08 and sent reminders to them several times. But nbc india's website is still showing "Payment not received" and my book has not been shipped as yet.

I have also enclosed my bank statement as attachment to the e.mails sent to the seller for the purpose of their verification of my payment. But the seller has not yet shipped the book to me.
