Not supplying books even after collecting payments

It is stated that I placed a order for two books through order no. 79859 The payment option chosen was to send a cheque at the address given at the website. Gaura Books India Pvt. Ltd.

The cheque was issued from PNB Solan. It was a at par cheque.
It is sad that they have credited a payment of Rs 335/- to their
account (Gaura Books India Pvt. Ltd) by cheque no. 400302 (payable at Delhi) on
dated 14th August for order no. 79859 and still they are asking
me to give payment details for the above order. Even after sending details repeatedly nbcindia is not sending the books.
