Order delay

I made a purchase on 12th Oct (order no:84884) which was mentioned (and still is) on the site as a 'shipped within 24 hrs' item. However, as of today the status still remains 'approved not dispatched'. I had called up earlier and got to know that the book was out of stock and was promised that the status would be updated in 24 hrs. Days have passed since.

It would be my sincere request to the nbcindia team that I had placed the order on your site expecting a good service. If you are unable to procure the book, its fine, but please refund the amount. I has also sent in a mail earlier to customer service but received no reply.
