NONRECIEVE OF THE GIFT AFTER WINNING NBT TAMBOLA CONTEST

DEAR SIR,

I have registered my request for winning of NBT tambola contest for fourth week for my both childs sh Lakshay Arora & Sh Kushagra Arora on very next monday. Unfortunately, I have give the ticket to courier- man where the registration of the both tickets was written while recieving the gift for my second child. Further, I agin registered my request to nbt no's priscribed. New no. with registration10252 was given on 11th nov.with assurity that the gift will be delivered to me with in four days. But till date I didn't get any. Please help me.
