Excess bill paid for 880 units

Sir,

It is brought to your kind notice that I have paid 880 units (average units bills) 2007 but the same has not yet been found adjusted till date. It is also brought to your kind notice that I have not received the current bill and I have heard that the last date of payment was 24 May. Regret to info you that the delivery boy is not delivering the bills in time some time he delivers at the last date of payment.

May I request you to please do the needful on the above request and instruct the billing clerk to adjust (refund) the payment of 880 units excess paid and also instruct the billing delivery boy to deliver the bill in time to avoid any further inconvenience to the consumers.
