Non - sense management

I am sekar worked as a lecturer in Nadgir college of 'Engineering and Technology, Madavara (po), Bangalore.(Affliated by VTU, Belgaum). This college has been closed by 2007 because of non-sense management by Nadgir (Not a Human -Animal). Now VTU has collected money from the management and asked to run the college. This director (Nadgir) admitted so many NRI students without permission from the VTU. Now VTU has not accepted that admission in their college and this director asked the faculty to conduct examination for the NRI students in the after noon session, Who has been compled the examination in the morning .(i mean the regular students written exam as per the time table announced by VTU, this director cheated the NRI students in this way).

Even this VTU is allowed to run this type of college in bangalore. What AICTE is doing? What VTU is doing?
