PF settlement not received

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to bring to notice that i was earlier working with National Collateral Management servcies limited and my PF withdrawal form was submitted at your Bandra Office on 24th Feb 09.

But till date i have not received any amount pertataining towards PF settlement.

Kindly let me know about the status of the same.
