Delivery person has taken Rs100 more, due to change issue

Dear All,

Today i: e 15/12 the delivery person collected Rs.100 extra in lieu to get change and dint even turned up to return the same. This is very shameful as most of the times delivery takes place during afternoon and only children and female family members are present at houses.

When we saw the vehicle going outside from our society, I also tried to follow him and stop but he went off by the time we reached ground floor.

I had also contacted to the mobile no.9351210008, this person gave another cell no. 9352815227 saying that he handles the delivery from go-down. When I contacted this person he said that either you collect the amount from office or pay Rs.100 less during next delivery, but when i asked about confirmation of the same, he also gave another mobile no. of the delivery person Mr. Om prakash (9352815226). When I called this person he refused about the entire thing, the delivery which he made just before 15min, I also caught him at the next society but the person totally refused and used abusive language.
