Acer extensa 5620
My laptop is not working properly

Some times my laptops stops working n even i m not able to shutdown my laptop n the only go 4 me is to remove the battery n nw i see to that some important files of mine are missing i cant find them anywhere in the drivers.is there any way that i can restore those files coz those are very important
