Delay in Electric Connection

Dear Sir

I have booked Connection of Domestic Meter. My demand Note No. 154414 and Request No. 0809323224. After issued my demand Note

I suffered continuously harassment. I called customer care no 20 times. Every time my meter issue. But installer make new story every time. Under Construction, Unelectified area, you are late on spot .finally today 21st Nov when i shown him property documents and demand note then told me its not possible because on the way of wire other plot in this street has 6 Connection N.D.P.L and this colony has around up 6000 Connection every day installed meter. My right neighbor and left neighbor, behind my house already NDPL connection. I have proofed through K.No. and also they visited. But they submit always false statement. I told him. But they refused to installation of Meter. I put only one question when i submit application form or time of 1st visit why they not arise such question.

22-11-08 I called Customer Care then i received message its unelectified area again and again they changed own statement 25-11-08 Pole Required Bhalaswa Zone Approved. Finally I frusted and not able to shift own house from three month to till date.
