Electricity Theft

I kindly draw your attention towards theft of electricity in our locality. Mr Anil, Sunil and Vikas Shokeen (all are real brothers) Resident of Mangol Pur Kalan opposite pocket 5 sector 2 Rohini they all are indulge in theft of electricity for last couple of years. They distribute electricity to their tenantes by illegale and faulty electricity sub meters. Please take some strict action against them. One more thing i want to share with you they theft electricity before 8 am and after 7 pm daily. All because of these peoples your costing is increased and we innocent people bare your losses in form of increase of electricity cost by you. So please do something urgently.
