Wrong bill

Dear Sir

I received a bill of NDPL against our kno 34400123977 add- b4- rangmahal appt pitam pura, delhi

amonting Rs 4050.00 for the month of may/june09, i am not agree with the amount charge by the NDPL you may look in to the matter it is to high, because of holidays house is locked half of the time and charges are unacceptable, either meeter is wrong or bill is wrong.

please look in to the matter i will not pay this bill and not responsable for late payment
