No electricity

My electricity snapped off at 3pm on 8 july and at 4:45 i had got my complaint registered at nangli puna @ 9818100256 and again on call center at 6:45 and they given me complaint no.51171204 and till now after more than 18 hrs my electricity has not been restored, and i had called them so many times but there was no response from them. and same happened on 3rd july and light restored on 6th. we are very fed up with this service.
