Power theft

I am a resident of PUNJABI COLONY, NARELA, DELHI- 110040.

here in this colony in ''GALI NO. 9'', a new house is being built up.

the person cocerned has a meter installed but is using 5 extra wires to withdraw electricity by stealing.

the stealing is affecting the whole line as the wattage drawn are too much.

please take appropriate action against this.
