Billing amount not adhering to the usage

Dear sir,

My usage for the period 15/05 to 16/07 is 1164 units and i have received the bill for the same for Rs. 13140.00 which is not calculated properly. I had made all the previous payment in timely manner without fail. On asking the NDPL about this situation they are saying that there are some unpaid dues pertaining to period prior to Feb. But, we bought this house in April and the bill which we received at that time shows no arrears.

We explained our situation to NDPL but of no use. Our current bill contains that arrears.

Kindly look into the matter and guide us on the same.
