Theft of electricity since long time

Dear Sir

I had tried many time to inform NDPL regarding theft on your special service no. 27468030. This service is not working at all. So I decide to email to you.

some people are involved in theft of electricity. They theft electricity before 7.00 in morning and after 7.00 in evening. I hope you will take action against these people.
