Sir/madam

i beg to say that iam citizen of G block Shakur Pur colony. In our locality some shop keepers on footpath are using illeagle electricit from our G block ramlila ground and from DMS room which both have electricity connection without electricity meter. Some of the icecreams rickshaw man using this electricity for charge the battery of thier rickshaw.By this misbheave all the citizen of our lacality are suffering. we all are complaint to local ndpl office (Pitam Pura gopal mandir) but the are dont take any type of action because the officers are take some money by the shop keepers.

So this is my kindly request please take the action on these all shop keepers.
