Name Change

Firstly I would like to state that I have purchased a house from Mr. Sukhbir C.A. No. 60006647667 in favour of my wife Smt. Rajkumari Sharma. In the previous period I could not deposit my electric dues, so connection has been discontinued by NDPL. Now, today I have deposited all the dues and I got re-connection of electricity in my house.

Now, I want to transfer the connection in my favour i.e. Ghanshyam Sharma Husband of Smt. Rajkumar Sharma. I am ready to furnish NOC from Mr. Sukhbir (Current Consumer) and from Smt. Rajkumari Sharma (Purchaser of Property).

So, please inform me in this regard what should I do. and what documents to be submitted to the Department.
