Electricity Mete

Hii,

My name is Rashmi. I lived in Vijay Nagar Double storey. In case of dispute of my in laws they cut my electricity of a particular meter. And the NDPL company says your building have dues we don't give you electricity. Firstly pay that bill. I am very much upset. Right now i spent 2 months with out electricity.

Please tell me what should i do. That dues r not mine. Why i pay that. The whole area is double storey. every floor has separate given by the government since 1948 particion. They don't give us electricity meter.
