Theft Electricity

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the theft of electricity in my area. Sir my neighbour Sh. Pandit Shammurti Sharma, Address B-1609 Shastri Nagar Delhi 110052 is thieving “ELECTRICITY” since last 8-9 years. He has old connection of DESU and not receiving any Electricity Bill since last 9 years. He has never informed to NDPL about this matter nor did he convert his old connection with new Electronic meter. His electricity consumption is very high in whole day. He theft your valuable electricity power in above mentioned address. Sir I have already given so many written and orally (by phone) complaint but no one take appropriate action towards my complaint. I hope you will take immediate action about this.
