Purchased 3 tft monitors vide bill no. 138 dtd 4 july from solution world butler plaza bareilly u.p one of the monitor, s picture tube collapsed i made a complaint in the last week of december on 30 dec they came with a new piece but the model no. was differerent. i refused to accept . they said that the model is discontinued . i talked to local distributor b.l. computers they said that the model is still continued . after a week they came with another model and insisted me to accept it .which i refused again. they want to to cheat me what should i do
