Hi i am neeraj live at mukund pur in this month i got the bill of ndpl i see that ndpl have more than our enegry uses we don't take any more electronic items but bill is coming high

for ex last time we recived a bill of 960 ruppes and now we recivecd 1600 rupees bill how can this is possible
