Meter is extremely fast

Hello

my k.no 33404044707 V install by NDPL after january my first 4to 5 bill are coming as my previous bill were there but now my latest bill is 10000 for 2 month for 2 fan 3 CFL, 2 tubelights 1 laptop and 1 AC and all are working on 35 percent in a day. as i work in day and wife stays at home.

although i have paid 6300 last bill and make the complaint and they have charge Rs. 50 for that, visited my home checked it and said your meter is fast but our machine say it is going perfect after checking the complete load of my house

i am unble to manage now by paying huge electricty bill. please help for the same.

Please help me for the same so that i can make complaint in that section
