NON ISSUANCE OF PAN CARD

I had applied under application acknowledgement number 050350200689633, however the entire experience from the moment of application until now has been harrowing, initially Karvy the agency here in surat, said the form was incomplete, this is 10days after initial submition on questioning the fact as why, i was told that it is diwali anyway followed up to know that they had not forwarded the form at all, when i inquired, i was asked how could i have the same surname as my father's 1st name, which to me was weird, because that's the way it is, it beats me as to why ask for the fathers name in the 1st place, however, they made changes to the form much to my reservation and resistance, how is it that the agency is allowed to make changes without the customer consent, now in the morning today i recv a call from karvy, after my constant followup to tell me that the form has been rejected, due to the fact that my surname and my father's name is the same, it is strange, but then i guess this is the reason why so many fake cards exsist in the system, I sincerely request if you could help me in this dilema, or as always is it a knock on unknown doors, where really NO ONE CARES.
