Dear Sir,
We are one of the old customers with Shivajinagar Branch for the past
40 yrs, operating our various Business Accounts with you.
A/C No- 2007 610 1717
In the present we hereby regret to inform that we are facing huge problems
In day to day transactions with SHIVAJINAGAR Branch.
There are many problems which need serious attentions in this regard
01. Average time needed to deposit or withdraw money is approx 75mins.
02. Average time for issue of Demand Draft is 3 hrs.
03. No proper “Q” system management
04. Improper Cleanliness in the Branch, Shabby and Untidy surroundings
We are operating our business accounts, during pension period there is
Huge crouds and Long Q in the branch, we feel there should be special type of
Dedicated windows for business accounts and Pension Accounts.
The situation is becoming Worst day by day and complaining in this regard to branch
Authorities, a standard reply is been trained to them “ WE ARE SHORT OF STAFF”
Which we are hearing for the past 3 yrs. But noting has happened till date in this regard.
In todays HIGH-TECH world of C B S, and severe banking competition we feel your
SHIVAJINAGAR branch needs serious Attention or else it would be left only with
Pension accounts in future.
We are a well-wisher of BANK OF MAHARASHTRA and feel there should be improvement in the Quality of the services or else we will be forced to discontinue
