Non payment of pf

Sir/Madam,

My name is Wellington Gardner and I had worked for a company called NEB Electronics Pvt. Ltd. having office in Andheri, Maharashtra. I joined the company on 8th June and resigned on 21st September. My PF account number isMH/93243/16. After I had resigned I had been on a foreign assignment of a company, but when I came back I went to the mumbai to enquire about my PF. To my surprise I was told that the company did not deposit the money with the PF department, whereas the deductions were made from my salary.

Please help me retreive my money with interest. Although the company does not operate anymore to the best of my knowledge and further I have gathered that a case was registered against the company. The owner of the company was Mr. Eric Braganza who is at the moment working with Electrolux India Ltd and sits at mumbai corporate office.

Kindly help me as I need the money real bad.
