Acer laptop 4710
White screen when i start laptop

I purchased acer laptop model 4710 in 2007 from indu computers jalgaon. 1 st year there is no problem in it. besically the use was is very limited but then whenever i am going to start the laptop first the screen become white and nothing is there on display. so i consult the above said dealer, and he told me that it is cable which connects screen and base problem, so he adviced me to change it. i paid him Rs. 2500 for it anf after one month he changed the cable. but again the problem is persist. even the person from Indu computers told me not to shut the laptop multiple time in a day. this is is the mostr disguting advice given ever. i sincerely advice not to buy acer products and even dont buy any product from indu computers.
