21 june talk to Mahender (Customer care executive)
Query: I recharged my Idea Account with Rs. 499/- on 21 june for availing internet surfing facility which I was availing since last two months but instead of internet activation I got balance of about Rs. 450/-
Reply by Customer care executive: Scheme of Rs. 499/- has been closed. In place of that new scheme of Rs. 20/- deduction daily has been introduced for internet facility (having no surfing charges, downloading charges depending on website.)
I asked him to make myself clearer that it means my whole condition is same as previous as last two months except only daily deduction of Rs. 20/- daily, total of Rs. 600/- monthly. CCE replied “Yes”.
22 June talk to Deepak (Customer care executive)
Query: I told my problem, He replied that old scheme has been closed and new scheme of 1paise per KB has been introduced. I told Deepak that yesterday Customer care executive gave me information that Rs. 20/- will be charged daily for internet surfing (while I am charged for 1 paise per KB). Deepak refused to accept that Customer Care Executive told me about Rs. 20/- scheme. I repeated that Customer Care Executive told me all this. I requested him to register my complaint that wrong information was given to me last day by Customer Care Executive that daily Rs. 20/- will be charged from my account for internet surfing.
Deepak commented that this is no compliant and so will not be registered. When I again requested him to register my complaint, he disconnected my call (without solving my problem and registering my complaint) saying “baar baar ek hi baat repeat karne k karan aapki call disconnect ki jaa rahi hai.”
