REG: SELLING OUT A FAKE MOBILE

Hello Sir,

I bought a Nokia 2865 CDMA mobile from Needs Mobile Services, located at Hyderabad. At the time of purchase, I was told that it was a new mobile and with 1 year warranty.

I bought the mobile on 21st March and since then I am getting so many reparis from that mobile. (eg. suddenly getting switched-off and getting white display... etc)

When I gave that mobile to that shopkeeper for repairing, he said that it could not be repiared.

Then I asked him for replacement, as he mentioned that it was the new mobile. And he is saying he can't help it any more... and I paid... him 3, 200/- (unknowingly)..and have the receipt of bill also (with 1 year warranty of that).

I request you kindly help me any way to proceed further. Within 3 months I really suffered a lot..bcoz of that mobile... every week... I'm getting so many problems like this..(on account of which I missed so many important calls, which are my job offer calls).

Moreover, being a poorman I couldn't afford to buy a new mobile and that shopkeeper trapped me to purchase the fake mobile (which was already a damage peice).

Pls, help me regarding this issue.. And I request all the people not to buy such mobiles from such stupid people. Even if you find that mobile as a new one...(they can morph any old mobile as a new one).
