Never pick the phone for Gas booking purpose or any problem solving

Dear Sir,

We are having LPG connection Consumer No: 16320 with The Neelam Gas enterprises, Shop No. E-389, MCF-5703, Sanjay Colony, Sector-23-24 Main Road, Faridabad-121005. We are getting the supply regularly from 2000 to till now. But I am facing some trouble i.e. they never booked the gas number for the customer on their agencie's given phone number and always their number will be busy in the working hours.

Please make needful action as soon as possible
