Sir,

I want to to inform you we are customers of indane gas from last 20 yrs but these circumstances had not arrived yet.

There are some complaints from my side :-

1. My connection has been transferred from distributor "colonel gas agency" to "neel gas agency" without any notice or information.

2. Services of Neel gas agency is not at all satisfactory.

3. They never deliver gas cylinders on time .(even after 20-25 days)

4. We have to remind them frequently.

5. The distributor boys behaves unmannerly.

6. They do not bring weighing machine.

please consider and take some action
