Neelkanth Gas Service indain refilling of LPG cylinder
Poor service

I am attached with Neelkanth Gas Service RZ-6, Vashisht Park Sagarpur Pankha Road SV NO. 1388975 dealer of Indian oil corporation Ltd. ph. 25382864 for refilling of domestic lpg cylinder. I am facing following problems

1. Dealer is not easily contactable on above phone number and no other alternative number available.

2. Delivery man demand for extra money for better service.

3.Gas booked no 19119 dated 31.05.08 not delivered till date reason given house was locked, with contineous followup gas rebooked no. 22003 dated 09.06.08 daily followup but no result.

4. Last cylinder was received after 30 days.

5. Again contacting dealer on 13.06.08, reply received was thre person will come for adress varification, where as I am registed with above agency from last 10 years.

Dealer doing mischife, boldly may be selling cylinders in the black market. No one to keep check.
