My voter id card is not being made

My name is Ashish and i live in Ambedkar Nagar consituency. I have submitted the voter id forms many times and have already submitted my old voter id card but still my id card is not being made. Whenever i go there they say it will take some time. But how much time it will take nobody tells. In fact there is no one who can take the responsibility and honestly no body wants to take. The way of working is really irresponisible and dull.

Please take some action against those officers who are not doing there jobs efficiently
