ACER / laptop (Aspire 4730Z)
Entitled gift not received

Sir,

I brought an ACER laptop model no ASPIRE 4730Z on the 26th of December i was supposed to send a draft of Rs 1, 250 along with the required documents to receive an offer of a Nikon Digital Camera, which i did on the 10th of January. I received the conformation of its receit.

The turnaround time for this process was 45 days but it has been more that 95 days and i have not received it till now. I have complained numerous times but to no avail.
