Complaint against the bus: Tohana-Delhi via Hansi, Hisar-Tohana (Fatehabad Depot)

Respected Sir,

I'm a regular traveller from Hisar to Tohana in evening time used to your depot bus - Tohana-Delhi-Tohana bus which has been returned from Delhi via Hansi to Hisar daily, that may be reach the bus stand Hisar (Counter no.13) around at 06:30 PM. On the bus stand many passengers have to wait this bus and daily used to go from Hisar to Tohana. This bus has been alloted to departure time is 06:50 PM, but often this bus departured before its schedule time. Yesterday on 30.04.2012 the bus conductor Vinod Kumar & Driver Iqbaal Singh departured this bus abt 06:37 PM, many huge number of passengers have miss this bus and wait the last 07:00 PM bus, but the counter no.13 has no any bus to go to Tohana, at last we go from the Rajasthan Depot bus to go Surewala Chowk (Uklana) and from there we caught a private vehicle to go Tohana..we felt many troubles due to nigligency of conductor & driver of Tohana-Delhi-Tohana bus.

Many times this bus not proper stop at surewala chowk. Many passengers are suffering from misbehave and rude language of this conductor.

You are kindly requested to please take the necessary heavy action against this conductor & driver for their negligency.
