I had booked 2 tickets for Neeta volvo from Pune, jagtap dairy to Mumbai on 15/10/09 at 2.30pm as per Neetas Time, as per schedule I reached at 2.20 but I had to wait till 4.00 pm and there was no bus and the excuses were either the bus is cancelled to Dadar or "abhe nikla hai" etc etc
This was not the first time I have gone thru such situation it happened plenty of times
I am mailing the adresse with lot of expectaions which I hope wont go in vain
Request the concerned to take appropriate action again these cheaters ASAP
