Worst service of Volvo and their hotels

1. We took package of 2 nights and 3 days for Mahabaleshwar. On 15th May at 9.30 p.m. was the bus timing. Volvo halts so many times in between. We reached Mahableshwar on 16th May, morning.
2. The room provided by them was so small that we were not able to keep our luggage. The cost of room was Rs.2800/- per day.
3. Our package was of 2 nights and 3 days. We reached there on 16th May in the morning. We have paid for our breakfast and lunch of Sunday. Our package cost should include breakfast and lunch of Sunday also. For lunch they stopped Volvo in their hotel only where there is no hotels nearby.
I suggest never take any package from Neeta Travels.
