Worst experience with neeta volvo

I had neeta volvo tickets booked from pune to bangalore where in the halfway my bus met an accident and the very next moment driver ran off leaving the helper behind badly injured and other passengers too..after some moment the helper died and all the passengers were standing in the middle night not knowing wat to do now and moreover it was raining heavily dat nite..anyhow we all managed to take lifts in slots and cover our rest of the journey bearing extra expenses..after all this we been through we dint even got a call from neeta to apologise or ask how the pasenger are or whether any of them had any injuries due to accident.

so..this was my frn's and mine experience with neeta travels..
