Unfair practices of HDFC bank

Hi All,

I have my worst days for last 4 months eversince I have started using a HDFC Gold credit card..

Every time I am paying my bills with / without all late fees and financial charges imposed thereon.

To my greatest worries, the late fees and the financial charges are applied on the statements that I have not received till date and they are compounded along with Principal amount. Theoritically, I am being charged alomost 8% of my monthly purchases through Credit card. Its not that we do not deposit our cheques in time in the HDFC but they take 5-7 days to clear the same intentionally seeking the extra charges from its customers.

I shall be glad to give a one time ransom money to HDFC for getting me rid o my card rather than the constant blackmail like this.

Its sad that the one of HDFC division has made me to say good bye to HDFC in all forms due to their bad practices just for making some quick 10000 Rupees in 4 months.
