Hello sir/madam
My name is sushma patil. I've purchased a laptop of ACER on 30th June from Croma, Hadapsar Pune. I was having problem with its keyboard so I gave to the servicing center in Pune. Its been more than 15-20 days that my laptop has not been given back to me. The servicing centre peole say that they have ordered the keyboard from Bangalore but have not received. I called the customer care in Delhi. Everytime they say my problem will be resolved in 2-3 days but yet my problem is not solved. Today I called the concerned person who loks after the ordering about the parts in India i.e. Mr.mahesh Kulkarni. I told him the whole problem, he told me he'll contact me in 1-1and 1/2 hour but he has also not contacted me. My project is going on and because of that i needed a laptop. Please look into the matte
