NEFT transfer not reached
No course of action

I made a fund transfer of Rs 1500 from my ICICI SB A/c 000101047098 to Vijaya Bank A/c No 3485 but unfortunately the benefeciary a/c number had changed some time back (The new number 302601010003485). I received a confirmation from ICICI bank vide RBI Reference number 67015187 dated July 03.

I approached the benefeciary bank's branch at Mylapore, Chennai -4 but was flatly told that they did not receive Rs 1500 at any time. No suggestion/course of action was offered. What should I do?
