Sreen fading out

As per the receipt of mail from company's site (THOUGH ITS BIT TOO LATE)... am replying back again with the product details as havn't got my laptop repaired yet.

PROBLEM-screen regularly fades out within 5 minutes of its log on... n it becomes really difficult to continue the operation in such a manner... i got this laptop from my college IIMR but now its out of warranty period jus bcoz of negligence n delay from your side... but i sincerely hope that i'll get my laptop repaired asap & with min repairing charges.
