Undue demand from Mr. Mam Chand Sharma (Postman, SEZ, Noida)

Dear Sir,

My self Arun kumar Gupta - AGM (HR). Our company is situated in Noida Special Economic Zone. Being in SEZ our overseas customer use to send us product samples as well as they does lots of correspondence but due to poor services of SEZ postman (Mr. Mam Chand Sharma), we faced lots of problem. He always demand money for every dak and sample delivery. Due to his such practice, we always face the problem of missing our dak and delay in response to valuable sample. We request your good self to please look in to this matter.
