UPS not supporting for Earth leakage as per Supplier cum Installer

NEPC inverter-Model :'UPS- VIVO' 800VA/12 V DC with serial No: 'NEPCK08000905/8V installed at my home on 06/04.as per supplier cum installer M/s N.M. Enterprises, 4F/11, Appollo Shopping Complex, Kailasapuram middle street, Tirunelveli -627001, Tamil Nadu., states that this Inverter has no provision nor designed to make a trip shutdown of power at the time of accidental earth leakage.

This matter was informed to M/s NEPC through email to:

However, being a ISO -9001 2000 certified company has not replied to me till to date. The Supplier's installation or the training given by the company are not upto the mark for acceptance in handling such dangerous electrical equipement.

Also ISO certification for such company whose ignorance on matter of Electrical Safety to be reviewed for cancellation.

Also many times it was pointed out after installation of this inverter to the supplier that house electrical outlets are giving Electrical shock. My online trading has been stopped due to this reason as the system's metal parts give electrical shock, which may damage my computer besides my daily loss as i am unable to trade using my computer.

I am planning to approach consumer court to resolve this matter however the supplier without enough knowledge to keep installing such electrical appliances/gagets to be reviewed by concerned Governement safety authorities.
